Guatemala Huehuetenango (way-way-ten-AN-go)

Grown in the remote highlands beneath the Cuchumatanes mountain range regarded as one of the country’s finest and most distinctive coffees. As the highest and driest of Guatemala’s non-volcanic coffee-growing regions, the unique climate and high altitudes of 1500–2000 meters allow coffee cherries to mature slowly, developing exceptional density, sweetness, and complexity in the cup.
Cultivated in rich mountain soils using generations of careful agronomic and artisanal farming practices, these strictly hard beans showcase the renowned quality that has made Huehuetenango coffees highly sought after around the world. 

In the cup, 

Expect notes of caramel, milk chocolate, and golden raisin, balanced by bright citrus acidity and subtle floral complexity. A smooth medium body and clean lingering finish complete this beautifully refined coffee.
