The Mackerz Coffee Supply was founded in Murihiku, Southland in 2025, built on a simple belief: coffee should be easy, honest, and just a bit of fun.

After years spent working with coffee, green coffee beans, and machinery, Lindsay started Mackerz to connect coffee lovers across New Zealand through friendly service, genuine advice, and quality coffee without the fancy fuss.
